About
My best work happens behind the scenes
I work quietly behind the scenes, creating the space for you to lead, create and focus on the work only you can do.
How I got here
For over 15 years, I’ve worked alongside CEOs, founders and purpose-led leaders through growth, change and the messy middle of building something meaningful.
My career began in corporate hospitality, where I spent nine years as Executive Assistant to a CEO in an industry where expectations were high and details mattered.
I worked across executive support, corporate retreats, venue launches and large-scale events — environments where priorities changed quickly and there was little room for error.
Those years taught me to anticipate what’s needed before it’s voiced, stay grounded under pressure and manage multiple priorities without letting anything slip.
Over time, I was drawn to creative founders and purpose-led businesses — people with depth, vision and ideas worth building. That led me to start my own business, bringing the operational discipline I’d developed in the corporate world to founder-led businesses looking for a trusted partner, not just another pair of hands.

Liana is the best right-hand woman I have ever worked with. It’s any founder’s dream to have someone they can fully trust.

How I work
No two founders work the same way, so before I change a process or take something off your plate, I take the time to understand how you think, how you make decisions and where your time creates the most value.
From there, I build the partnership around you. Working in a way that feels like a natural extension of your business rather than another person to manage.
Clients often describe me as calm, proactive and quietly dependable. I anticipate what’s needed, communicate openly and take ownership of the details so they don’t continue competing for your attention.

While Liana could manage calendars and client comms with her eyes closed, it’s her high-level support and strategic mind that I find most beneficial as a creative founder. Liana doesn’t just tick off tasks — she brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to every project, spots opportunities, implements streamlined systems, and thinks of things before you do.

Why I love this work
I’ve always been drawn to the work that happens behind the scenes.
One of my favourite moments is seeing the shift that happens when a founder realises they no longer have to carry everything themselves.
The weight lifts.
They stop thinking about every detail.
They notice things again — the parts of the business they’d stopped having time to enjoy.
That’s the kind of partnership I love building.

Let’s create more space for what only you can do.
There’s a version of your business where the right things move forward, nothing slips, and you have the space to focus on what matters most.
If that’s what you’re building toward — I’d love to talk.
